Dear Parents,
The Grade Three classes will be celebrating Halloween with pumpkin activities. Students will be participating in a variety of activities across the curriculum involving pumpkins. We will be measuring, weighing, graphing, describing, and playing with pumpkins! We are asking that each student bring one mini pumpkin or small gourd (small gourd is preferred) with them to school for the morning of October 27th. Please label the bottom of the pumpkin or gourd with your child’s name. Some of our activities will carry over to the following week.
As the activities for the students are very self-directed, we will not be needing volunteers.
